Conclusion of a contract

Before mailing your order, you get the possibility to check all details (e.g. name, address, method of payment, and ordered articles) once more and to change them if necessary in the step "confirmation" of your order.

If you have passed through the complete order process together with the indication of the required details and you have clicked the button “order” in the step “confirmation” you submit a binding offer to us.

The acceptance of this offer (and with that the conclusion of the contract) is made with the delivery of the product ordered by you.

Storage of the text of the contract

Your ordering data are stored in our house. If you want to obtain them in printed form, you can print the "order confirmation". It appears on your screen after you have sent the order. Additionally, you receive all relevant data of your order by e-mail, which you can also print.

Delivery terms and terms of payment, shipping costs

All texts of the contract are available in German and English.

The right of the Federal Republic of Germany applies to all orders (also from foreign countries).

If you are under 18 years, we need a parental consent for your orders.

We don’t have a minimum order value. If you need the delivery very quickly and you don't want to wait for a long time, mention alternative wishes while ordering or tell us, whether you want to have the articles delivered in addition that are just not on stock.

The goods remain our property until full payment has been effected. Place of performance and jurisdiction for both parties is Dresden.

We reserve to stop delivering in case that a refusal of acceptance of a delivery had occurred. If there are other reasons for a refusal, please, explain them in writing or by phone, so that we can check the respective case. Our delivery terms apply exclusively to all orders. By the acceptance of the product delivered by us, you accept the full binding nature of our delivery terms. Any supplementary agreements, amendments to a contract and contract promises require our express written confirmation to become effective. All data necessary for the processing of the orders and inquiries are stored in our computer and will not be passed on to third parties. In principle, delivery dates are not binding. We are not liable for the suitability of the product for a certain use intended by the customer. The customer has to check the ordered product with regard to defectiveness immediately upon receipt of the delivery. Special offers are valid only while supplies last. Announced free actions and draws are exclusively valid while stocks last, and are excluded from the legal right.

All printed prices are quoted in euro.

Delivery times

Received orders are processed and sent as quickly as possible. We inform you if the delivery is considerably delayed or the ordered article is unavailable.

In case we cannot send an order completely we reserve the right to carry out individual deliveries without additional shipping costs.

Take care that you get an undamaged package from the post. If it is damaged, open it in the presence of the mail carrier and ask for his name. Possible colour deviations between the illustrations in the catalogue and the article are typographically related and do not constitute any errors. Concerning the back prints of the T-shirts deviations could occur as we always strive to deliver the most current version (current tour data, improved designs).

Indication of sizes

If you have doubt because of the size, simply indicate your waist measurement, length of leg or arm length in cm. We will find the corresponding size for you. Please indicate the desired length in cm for belts.
