How to redeem gift certificates/coupons/discounts?

Gift certificate/coupon/discounts: You can enter the corresponding code manually in the menu item "shopping cart" or on the page "method of payment" before sending the order.

Gift certificate: Click on the link indicated in the e-mail. If you don't have your own customer account yet, you have the possibility to open an account now. As a registered member, just login and the credit already appears in the shopping cart.

How to buy gift certificates?

This is very simple: Buy gift certificates as normal articles. No delivery charges arise for gift certificates. If you want to buy only one or several gift certificates, please, select "advance payment" to be the mode of payment!

As soon as you have paid the ordered gift certificate, the corresponding sum of money is credited to your account. You have this credit at your disposal. Use it by yourself or send it as a gift coupon.

How to send gift certificates?

Please log into your account, go to your "shopping cart" and click on "sending gift certificate". Enter the Christian name and surname of the receiver, a valid e-mail-address of the receiver, the desired amount (also can be a part amount of your credit!) and a short message to the receiver. The corresponding receiver will get a gift certificate with the desired amount, then.

How to shop with gift certificates?

If you already have disposable credits on your account, you can carry out payments any time. If the credit is lower than the goods value, the balance has to be settled; choose the preferred method of payment for this. If the credit exceeds the goods value, the remaining credit balance is of course available for the next order.

Gift certificate code doesn't work?

If problems occur with a gift certificate against expectation, please, contact us by e-mail or contact form and describe the problem as exactly as possible. We need at least the following information: The gift certificate code, possible error messages of the system as well as details on the browser used by you.
