Return Policy (does only apply for orders and customers from inside Germany!)

Right of return

You can send the received product back without detail of reasons by return of the product within a month. The period starts with receipt of the product and this instruction at the earliest. You can declare your request of return in writing, e.g. by letter, fax or e-mail, only for goods, which cannot be sent in a package (e.g. at bulky goods). The timely posting of the product or request of return is sufficient to comply with this deadline.

You have to pay the return costs, if the ordered goods correspond to the delivered ones and if the price of the product to be returned does not exceed an amount of € 40.00. Otherwise, the return is free and carried out on our risk.

Consequences of return

In the case of an effective return, both parties have to return the received benefits as well as any realised gains (e.g. advantages of use). If you cannot return the received products in the same condition in which they were received, you are responsible for compensating these damages. This does not apply if the reduction in value is the result of the sole examination of the product as would be possible in a retail shop. You can also avoid claims for compensation by not handling the product as your own property and not doing anything to damage it or reduce its value.

There is no revocation right for goods made on your special request. For worn and/or washed articles, which obviously were taken in use elsewhere, the obligation for value replacement reaches the full goods' value so that a return is out of the question.
