We didn’t introduce ourselves? How bewitching! Behind Abaddon Mystic Store are David, Sindy, Sabrina, Kai and Lilli, five young gothic enthusiasts with a heart and an eye for black in our everyday lives. We live by the motto: "If It’s Not Black - Put It Back". We believe that a style that reflects your personality and allows you to express yourself is part of being happy. Our focus is not on selling mass-produced goods, but on the long-term relationship between you and your look. If you feel good, we have achieved our goal.

Unfortunately, the world is not yet completely climate-neutral. Unavoidable CO2 emissions still occur in work processes. To compensate for this, there is the option of financially supporting climate-friendly projects. We therefore deliver your order with DHL. This allows us to send your shipment CO2-compensated or CO2-neutral. That makes our black heart beat a lot faster!

At Abaddon Mystic Store, we produce most of the content on our platforms ourselves. Almost all the images, reels, graphics, stickers etc. that you see we created. It’s a lot of fun and we're a bit proud of it. We are happy to share this: If you would like to use our images or graphics, you can contact us at any time.

The principle is totally simple. As soon as your total purchases in the Abaddon Mystic Store online shop exceed the value of €100 (excluding shipping costs), we will give you a 5% discount*! And from a total order value of €750, we'll even give you a 7.5% discount*!

And it gets even better. Because the virtual "ABADDON LOVES YOU!" card is not only valid in the Gothic Online Shop. You can also use it to shop in the Gothic Store in Dresden. The total order value and your status result from all orders booked in your customer account. It includes all completed orders with the respective paid, delivered and non-returned goods.

Your status will not be updated immediately after placing an order, but only after the statutory revocation period for this order has expired!

Order & Dispatch

Yes of course, it is possible to order as a guest. Please note, however, that your "Abaddon Loves You" customer discount cannot be taken into account for a guest order.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to order by telephone. Sorry! Please order in our online shop, where you can see the pictures much better, right?

Yes, we'd love to, because that’s how we finally get to know each other. Simply use the "Cash Payment" method when placing your order and the "Collection" shipping method will be selected automatically. Or you can pay for your order directly in our online shop as usual and select "Collection" as the dispatch method. You will then receive an email from us as soon as we have packed your order. You can then come by our shop in Dresden and try everything on and look at it in peace. You can then pay for your order in our shop as usual, using all the usual payment methods. Your address and invoice details and all orders are stored in your customer account. You can also view old orders. So placing a new order is super convenient and easy for you. Above all, your "Abaddon Loves You" customer discount will only be applied to orders with a customer account. You can find all the information about the "Abaddon Loves You" card here. For guest orders, you will have to re-enter your address details for each order and will not receive an "Abaddon Loves You" customer discount.

No problem, because we love a challenge! If you are unsure about the right size, just write to us. Each product has a "Questions about the item?" link. Enter your question and send us your measurements directly. We measure each product individually for you BEFORE you order so that you are sure to order the right size. This way we avoid returns together. But above all, we help our planet because we send significantly fewer parcels! Simply great! You can use this service as often as you like.

Don’t despair, ask Abaddon. We love challenges! Just use our super cool "Notify me" function. This will be displayed for every size and item that is currently sold out. Simply click on the crossed-out size, enter your email address, confirm the link that we will automatically send you - et voilà! As soon as the item or size is available again, you will automatically receive an e-mail that will also take you directly to the product.

You can find our delivery times here. If you are longing for something or you have a birthday, anniversary etc. to fulfil: let us know! Then we can make sure that we deliver your order on the right day. By the way, our shipping is CO2-neutral.

We deliver to many countries around the world, but not to every country. You can find a detailed overview of the countries we deliver to here.

We try to make shipping as cheap as possible and preferably free of charge. Unfortunately, this does not always work and not for every country. You can find out what shipping costs to which country here.

Of course! Under the item "Your address" a field "Different delivery address" appears which you have to tick. Simply enter your different delivery address and then click on "Next" - et voilà!

You can view the status of your order in your customer account under Orders. If you have placed the order as a guest, this service is unfortunately not possible. In any case, you will receive a dispatch confirmation from us by e-mail.

As we process and pack your order as quickly as the winds of hell blow, it is usually not possible to change your order for logistical reasons. However, if your order has not yet been packed, no problem. Just send us an e-mail or give us a call. We will do our best to accommodate your changes. You can find out how to contact us here.

We offer many common payment methods. You can find out what these are and how they work here.

  3. Try everything on, try it out and set up your own catwalk in front of the mirror.
  4. Read through our card and enjoy the stickers.
  5. Let out a cheer that the neighbours can hear.
  6. Call the devil and tell him what nice things you have ordered.

We pack everything with the utmost care so that transport is not an adventure. But sometimes it can happen that a product arrives damaged. In such cases, please contact us and ideally send us a few clear pictures. This is the only way we can clearly recognise the damaged item. From then on, we'll take over, because once you've done that, you don’t have to worry about anything else.

We're very sorry about that, we didn’t mean to cause you any inconvenience. But the devil is in the detail and unfortunately we are not error-free either. Sorry! But of course we'll sort it out, no problem at all. If you have received the wrong item instead of the one you ordered or you have received an item that you did not order:

  • Please contact us immediately so that we can send you a return label for the incorrect item. We will of course not charge you for the wrong item.
  • As soon as we have received your return, we will take over, because once you have done this, you don’t need to worry about anything else.
  • We will of course dispatch your desired item immediately and you will receive a voucher for your next order as small compensation.

Something doesn’t suit you or you don’t like it? Have you changed your mind? No problem. You can simply return your order or parts of your order. You have 14 days to declare your cancellation. The decisive date is the date on which you received the last part of your order. It is best to send your return back to us within 14 days of your cancellation. You can find everything you need to know about your right of revocation here.

Please return your order to us within 14 days of your cancellation. So that we can process your return quickly, please fill out the enclosed return form and make sure you include the following information:

  1. the Abaddon Mystic Store order number
  2. your e-mail address
  3. the list of items you are returning and why
  4. how you paid

This is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the cancellation, but it helps us to speed up processing and provide a better service.

The costs for the return shipment are at your expense. The choice of shipping company and shipping method is therefore at your discretion.

All items are checked by us before being refunded.

Care & Cleaning

There are a few things to bear in mind when washing gothic clothing, as details and embellishments such as rivets or mesh inserts require special care. But it’s not rocket science, so don’t worry. You will always find care instructions in our product descriptions. You should also read the information on the care label. We give you more tips for clean gothic clothing here.

  1. Turn the clothes inside out and close all zips and buttons. It is better to remove ties and chains.
  2. Anything made of cotton or jersey can often be washed on a gentle cycle at 30°C. Dry it in the fresh air. With prints, make sure you turn them inside out.
  3. Velvet, fabrics with a velvet print or lace should be cleaned by hand using a mild detergent. Do not use fabric softener and do not rub. To dry, simply hang flat on a clothes horse.
  4. Clean clothes should hang in the wardrobe. Do not expose them to direct sunlight (just like vampires). If you don’t have a wardrobe, a clothes bag will also help. This protects the colours from sunlight.
